As the President of the International Spinal Cord Society (ISCoS), I am delighted to invite you to the 65^th International Spinal Cord Society Annual Scientific Meeting taking place between 7-10 October 2026 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. ISCoS 2026 will be hosted in collaboration with the 25^th Asian Spinal Cord Network (ASCoN) Conference. 

The ISCoS Annual Scientific Meeting is a vibrant forum where clinicians, researchers and thought leaders in the field of spinal cord injury come together to share their latest scientific findings, challenge current thinking and inspire innovation. It’s a great opportunity to connect with peers from around the world, engage in lively debate and collaborate with people with spinal cord injury, who bring unique insights about their lived experience. 

Spinal cord injury, whether due to trauma or disease, is a life-changing condition that demands the expertise and compassion of a multidisciplinary team. From the acute phase through rehabilitation and across the lifespan, professionals from diverse fields play a crucial role in helping affected individuals rebuild their lives and thrive. This meeting brings together spinal surgeons, physicians, nurses, occupational and physical therapists, psychologists, social workers, speech and language therapists, dietitians, case managers, and many others. All share a common goal of advancing the science, care and quality of life for people living with spinal cord injury.
