Build confidence, capability and connections as an emerging leader.

Taking place on 6 October 2026, the Emerging Clinical Leaders Course is a practical, interactive programme for emerging clinical leaders across all health professions who lead, or aspire to lead, discipline-specific and multidisciplinary teams. The programme covers foundations of clinical leadership, self-awareness and emotional intelligence, communication, high-performing teams, leading through change and innovation, and leadership career development. Each session combines focused learning with practical workshop activities, concluding with a personalised 90-day leadership action plan.
