Taking place on 6 October 2026, the day prior to the ISCoS 2026 Pre-Conference Day, the Emerging Leaders course is a practical, interactive programme designed to equip new and aspiring leaders with the core skills, mindsets and confidence needed to lead effectively in today’s complex environments. Covering foundations of modern leadership, self-awareness, communication, team dynamics and decision-making, the course blends evidence-based concepts with hands-on exercises and real-world scenarios. Participants will strengthen their emotional intelligence, learn to navigate challenging conversations, and foster collaborative teamwork. The programme concludes with a personalised action plan, ensuring each participant leaves with clear next steps for their leadership journey.
