Covering foundations of modern leadership, self-awareness, communication, team dynamics and decision-making, the course blends evidence-based concepts with hands-on exercises and real-world scenarios. Participants will strengthen their emotional intelligence, learn to navigate challenging conversations, and foster collaborative teamwork. The programme concludes with a personalised action plan, ensuring each participant leaves with clear next steps for their leadership journey.
